Chocolate chip

So yesterday my friend Ricky Speed came up from Boston to get tattooed and hang out. It was sweet. Ricky plays guitar in the band RAMMING SPEED which is also very sweet. They just recently started working with Candlelight records. Check it out, and while you are checking it out, check out the record label run by my good friend and drummer of Ramming Speed and of my former band Backstabbers inc. Jonah has been working hard on his label for some time now and its totally rad, buy his records. - TDB RECORDS

Heres a couple other pieces I did in the past couple of weeks.

and I just found these pictures, Here a couple prints I did last fall -

both of these first two (the finger and nose) are done with pronto plates

And this last one is a monoprint underneath a digital print on acetate.

I just found out that tonight there will be a dinner/recruitment for Life Chiropractic College Life is the school my father went to and although I am doing other things I still have always had in interest in practicing chiropractic. I am pretty excited to learn a little more about this school and maybe this dinner tonight will inspire me to finish my undergraduate studies, but who knows about that. -

Any and I am guessing many of you in Portland might have already seen this but might not know that it was Watson's April fool's joke on me. In the middle of a semi serious conversation somebody walked over and showed me the new "ad" in the Portland Phoenix. Check out what Watson and Shannon did to me -

In addition to ending up in the phoenix, it also ended up on every telephone pole and flyer board in downtown Portland as well as in the Portland Daily Sun in an article about tattooing, the following week. No escape.

In retaliation however, I decorated Watson's truck.

Also, I was interviewed by Sara Lomba of S. JANE CRAFT! for buddy monday, You can read the interview here - BUDDY MONDAY:BEARTAP

I have also been tattooing a bunch, I finally quit flatbread (stoked) and am tattooing full time now.

heres some of the work I have been doing -

Here are Corinne and I's Dumb and Dumber tattoos I gave us during a surprise visit she paid to portland

AND CHECK OUT THIS TOTALLY AWESOME CRUISE

70,000 TONS OF METAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!YYYYYEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

WOAH! SNOW!

Weather like this makes me never want to sleep. late night bike rides down empty streets covered in fresh snow. It has to be one of my absolute favorite things in the world and I want to stay out and in it as much as I possibly can. Wherever I go when I die I hope its winter there.

ITS SNOWING!

So I have decided to not go back to school this coming semester. I will try to get my internship done, but other than that I just plan aggressively focus on tattooing and put as much energy as I possibly can into becoming a better tattoo artist.

Also, I spent all my money on wii games. I'm broke again, but at least I can have fun being broke. It's time to start saving money, something I have never been good at and need to start doing.

Shannondoah started working my ribs, Its a bearded skeleton on a bicycle from a print by Jose Guadalupe Posada, and it rules.

I have been pretty content riding my 29er so far this winter. its awesome and tons of fun, but I just read about a couple places making 36er mountain bikes. totally awesome and huge. I want one so bad.

but even more than a 36er I would love a built up surly pugsley These rule so much.

Also here are a few sweet tattoos I did this past week
